Yantra's partnership strategy plays a critical role in delivering these solutions to market by assisting Yantra clients in achieving the highest possible return on their investment in Yantra. The Yantra Alliances Program provides the framework and set of enabling processes for Yantra to fulfill on this partnership strategy. Through the Alliances program, Yantra identifies, engages, develops, and delivers relationships that are beneficial to both organizations, and most importantly to joint clients.

The Yantra Alliance Program is guided by two primary goals that are critical yardsticks for evaluating and measuring alliance relationships.

  1. Increase Customer Value; through creation of an "ecosystem" of relationships that increase the net value realized by clients for deploying Yantra solutions.
  2. Create Incremental Revenue Opportunities; for both Yantra and it's alliance partners. A successful relationship is one that is client-centric, and also delivers meaningful revenue impact for both organizations. Additionally, each relationship should provide an incremental benefit for both organizations and not be overlapping or redundant with existing relationships.

Partnership Types

The Yantra alliance program has three categories; Consulting Partners, Technology Partners, and Value-Added Service Partners. These categories enable Yantra's field organization and clients to readily understand the nature of an alliance relationship, and provide Yantra partners with a defined set of expectations and benefits that are unique to each category.

  • Consulting Partners - Consulting Partners are primarily system integration and/or consulting based organizations that provide a range of service based solutions. These organizations are experts at developing Yantra based solutions to address client business problems, and providing the implementation and integration services necessary to deploy Yantra technology.
  • Technology Partners - Technology Partners are market leaders in supplying hardware and software products that enable and/or complement the Yantra solution. This includes infrastructure providers that offer technologies that are essential components of Yantra's deployment architecture, as well as complementary software applications that, when combined with Yantra, provide a broader functional solution offering.

    Yantra and its technology partners proactively collaborate to architect integrations to our solutions. This helps our customers maximize benefits from the implementation of the joint solution.

  • Value-Added Service Partners - Value-Added Service Partners are companies that provide Yantra customers with services that lower the cost of deploying Yantra solutions or enhance the value of the Yantra solutions by performing complementary business processes or functions.
