By using the Site you agree to and irrevocably consent to submit, without regard to where in the world you are located or from where you accessed the Site, to the jurisdiction of the state courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Middlesex County and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts sitting in Boston, MA, and all courts to which appeals may be made therefrom. You acknowledge and agree that such courts shall be the exclusive venue, for any lawsuits, actions or other proceedings in connection with, arising out of or relating to your use the Site and agree not to commence any such lawsuit, action or other proceeding except in such courts.

You may not access, download, use or export information (including any software, products or services) contained on Site in violation of U.S. export laws or regulations, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you and Yantra nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or these Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
